Q: How much money can I borrow?

A: No, the online mortgage application merely provides us with the information needed to obtain a quotation for you from the lenders, you are under no obligation at any point in your enquiries until you decide to go ahead with the loan that you feel is right for you.

Q: I am self-employed, can I still apply?

Q: Can I borrow more later?
A: Yes, we offer a remortgage service. Simply complete the
remortgage application form on this site.

Q: Can I repay my mortgage early?
A: With some mortgages, you can pay off the outstanding balance at any time during the term of the loan without any redemption penalties - with others you may incur charges. However, this does not apply to all. You could state this as a requirement in the
application form.

Q: Can I repay more than the agreed monthly instalment?
A: Selected lenders will allow you to pay lump sums during the course of your repayments. Many lenders are now offering 'flexible' mortgages, which allow you a great deal of flexibility.

A: We would only perform a credit search with your prior consent.
